Tell us a little about your child and your goals. Submitting includes agreeing to the attendance policy — a copy of your application and the agreement is emailed to Chris and to you.

Attendance policy agreement

Please review the full Late Arrival, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. A summary:

  • Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellations / no-shows may be charged the full session rate.
  • Arriving late shortens your session; sessions end at the scheduled time.

A timestamp is recorded with your agreement when you submit.
