Late Arrival, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Version 2026-06 · Applies to all adult and youth training with Chris Zavras (CZ_Health).

1. Scheduling & commitment

Sessions are reserved specifically for you. Booking a session reserves that time exclusively, so consistent attendance and timely notice keep training effective and fair to everyone.

2. Cancellations & rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Cancellations with proper notice can be rescheduled at no charge, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session rate.
  • No-shows are charged the full session rate.

3. Late arrivals

  • Please arrive a few minutes early so you're ready to start on time.
  • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so the next client isn't affected.
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show.

4. Group classes

Group fitness and boxing classes are limited in size. If you can't attend a class you've signed up for, please give as much notice as possible so the spot can be offered to someone else.

5. Coach cancellations

If Chris must cancel a session, you'll be offered the soonest available reschedule or a credit toward a future session — no charge.

6. Illness, injury & emergencies

Your health comes first. Genuine emergencies and illness are handled with understanding and common sense — just get in touch as soon as you're able.

7. Agreement

By submitting a training application you confirm that you've read and agree to this policy. A copy of your application and this agreement is emailed to both you and Chris for your records.
